City & culture

As rural as Seis am Schlern might seem, city life is not far away. If you don’t want to miss out on culture, shopping, and city life, you’ve come to the right place.

Not only are the mountains at your fingertips when you stay at our apartments and suites, but a holiday in South Tyrol also includes plenty of culture. The cities of Bozen, Brixen, and Klausen invite you to go shopping and enjoy an aperitif under the arcades. The baroque Prösels Castle, various museums, and diverse events throughout the year make the holiday region so wonderfully versatile.
Castel Presule/Prösels
The magnificent castle transports you to bygone times. The castle dates back to the 12th century and in summer, exciting guided tours take place.
City life
The medieval artists’ town of Klausen is among the most beautiful old towns in Italy for a reason. Art and culture can be found on every corner and in every alley
From international sporting events, such as the Moonlight Classic night cross-country race and the Seiser Alm Half Marathon, to culinary events such as the Völser Kuchlkastl, to traditional festivals such as “The Ride of Oswald von Wolkenstein”, there is plenty going on all year-round.
