Hiking and biking on the Seiser Alm

Discover the diversity of the Dolomites. Fresh mountain air fills your lungs; joy floods your heart!

During a hiking holiday on the Seiser Alm, you can look forward to endless lush meadows, crystal clear streams, and fantastic views. Varied and panoramic hiking trails invite you to take a long stroll through a unique natural landscape. The network of bike trails is just as extensive. On e-bikes, it is almost effortless to travel far and reach new breathtaking heights.

The central location in Seis am Schlern allows you to experience the natural recreation area of the Seiser Alm at your leisure, but also to set out on exploratory tours to Gröden or Pustertal. Thanks to the mobilcard, it is completely free of charge and environmentally friendly.

And because the possibilities are so numerous, we have summarised the top three tips for you right here!
Hiking
A different tour every day! Set off on your hiking holiday towards Tschaffon and Rosengarten, discover Puflatsch and the Seiser Alm, or hike all the way to Gröden!
Mountain biking
Hop on your bike and ride off! Explore dreamlike places like Seis, Völs, and Tiers, or attempt challenging summit tours. The bike region of Gröden and Seiser Alm covers a total of 1,000km!
Swimming
Dive in! The Völser Weiher, one of the cleanest swimming lakes in Italy, invites you to take a dip and practise your breaststroke. Alternatively, you can cool off at the pool in Telfen.
Seiser Alm Balance
Centre yourself with the power of nature. As the countryside awakens in spring, the urge to get out into the open air gets ever stronger and draws us out into the great outdoors and the spring air. Numerous guided events and workshops around the topics health, balance and relax will ensure you have all the basics you need off to a good start for the warm season.
