Can I bring my pet?

Your four-legged friend is very welcome. In the room you will find a blanket and dog biscuits, which you are welcome to take home. We will also provide tips for the best excursion destinations and walking routes.
Please note that pets are not allowed in the breakfast room or the wellness area.
For pets under 10 kg, we charge €20.00 per day, and for pets over 10 kg €35.00 per day.

Conserving water resources

The water from the tap comes directly from the mountain pasture and is drinking water of highest quality. We want to protect this valuable resource. Our taps have water-saving fittings. These mix air into the water, give the water a pleasant volume, make it softer and reduce water consumption by 40%. We also invite you to avoid plastic bottles. Each room is equipped with a water carafe, allowing you to enjoy fresh drinking water at any time.

Green energy

The LED lighting throughout the house helps us to reduce the consumption, the electricity we use is green electricity mostly from the in-house photovoltaic system. The solar panels on the roof support our hot water production.

Waste reduction and waste management

We attach great importance to our waste management, especially waste separation and waste avoidance. You will find designated bins in the kitchen, so please help us to separate the waste. In addition, we don't use disposable items in the entire house, the bathrooms are equipped with "zero waste" cosmetics from Team Dr. Joseph made in South Tyrol. We would also like to minimize the use of slippers and ask our guests to bring their own slippers from home.

Chemical-free cleaning

The entire house is cleaned exclusively with steam and without additional chemicals. Steam kills 100% of bacteria and germs and at the same time protects surfaces and materials and, above all, the environment.

Environmentally friendly arrival and departure

We support you with your environmentally friendly arrival and departure, Brixen and Bozen are very well connected and easily accessible by train, from there you can take the bus directly to Seis. We are glad to help you organize your journey to Seis. For your environmentally friendly journey by electric car, you will find 3 charging points in our garage. And the best: we will reward your environmentally friendly journey with a gift!

Renouncement of room cleaning

By foregoing daily room cleaning, you can actively contribute to conserving resources and supporting sustainability. If you opt out the room cleaning just once, you will receive a 5,00 € voucher as a thank you for your contribution.

In 2015, only local raw materials from regional craftsmen were chosen for the construction of our La Paula Apartments & Suites. The walls, ceilings, floors and balconies are made of local dolomite stone and quarzite, while the facades are made of local spruce and larch wood.

Should you need to cancel the holiday you have already booked with us, the following cancellation conditions apply:

Your booking can be cancelled free of charge up to 30 days before the date of arrival.
Up to 21 days before arrival, 30% of the total amount will be charged, up to 14 days before arrival 50%, and up to 7 days before arrival, 70% of the total amount will be charged.
In case of no-show or early departure, 90% of the unused services will be charged. Unused services on site will not be refunded.

From the north, take the Brenner motorway A22 to Klausen, take the exit and continue on the main road towards Bozen. After about 10km, in Waidbruck, turn left into the Schlern area. At the roundabout, take the first exit and follow the road for about 20 minutes until you reach a crossroads where you turn right towards Seis am Schlern. You will soon reach the entrance to the village, and after a few hundred metres, you will see our La Paula Apartments & Suites on your left.

Coming from the south, take the A22 Brenner motorway to the Bozen Nord exit and continue on the main road towards Brenner until you reach Blumau after about 5km. Here, you turn off into the Schlern area. After about 20 minutes, you will reach Seis am Schlern. Drive through the village, and just before you exit the village, you will see our La Paula Apartments & Suites on the right-hand side.
